For 2–5,000 one-time user licenses, the existing fixed team discounts remain Pro 5%, MAX 10% and Palshell One 15%, applied to the new base prices. There are no additional quantity brackets. The optional Enterprise Add-on is $700 per user with no add-on discount; only the base license receives the existing team discount. The one-time software total combines the discounted base licenses and any selected add-on. Base and add-on licenses never expire; major software upgrades may be priced separately. All software totals are one-time USD base estimates, not final tax-inclusive totals. Standard and Professional annual support estimates cover one license per named user; Enterprise Support coverage is quote-specific. Technical support is optional, sold separately and never unlocks other edition features. Automatic annual support billing requires explicit opt-in. No mandatory software subscription is offered.
